These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Tasiktoto ("Tasiktoto", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible attasiktoto.cam.

These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, games, content, applications, and functionality made available through the Tasiktoto platform, whether accessed via desktop, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active Account with Tasiktoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not hold User Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not hold another active Account with Tasiktoto. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that would prohibit your participation.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming services in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must not be included on any sanctions list or otherwise bared by applicable law or regulation from accessing gaming services.

Tasiktoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.

When registering for a Tasiktoto Account, you are required to provide truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of this information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account. Tasiktoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions.

You must notify Tasiktoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.

Tasiktoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels supported on the Platform. These include, but are not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct transfers through major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within a few minutes of processing, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• Tasiktoto does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds must only originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification before being processed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Tasiktoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

Tasiktoto offers various promotional incentives to its players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referal programmes, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and must not be used as part of any arbitrage, hedging, or systematic strategy designed to circumvent the wagering requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Tasiktoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one participation per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without replacement.
• The maximum withdrawal amount derived from any single bonus may be capped as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• In the event of any dispute relating to a bonus, Tasiktoto's decision shall be final and binding.

All games offered on the Tasiktoto platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under real-time studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying software and, where applicable, by the physical result of live dealer activity.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or system error during a game round, the relevant round may be declared void and stakes returned at Tasiktoto's discretion.
• Tasiktoto reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software malfunction, data error, or display error that materially affects the outcome.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to real-time updates. Tasiktoto accepts no liability for decisions made based on delayed or inaccurate information displayed on third-party sources.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event as displayed within the Platform. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Tasiktoto reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per bet, per session, or per week on any game category or sportsbook market.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Tasiktoto platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting another individual in creating an Account to circumvent restrictions or obtain multiple bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform or any game outcome.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in relation to sports betting or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your Account.
• Permitting, facilitating, or encouraging minors (persons under the age of 21) to access your Account or the Platform in any way.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including resale of services, systematic betting on behalf of third parties, or operating as an agent for another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's source code, algorithms, or technical infrastructure.

All content on the Tasiktoto Platform — including but not limited to the Tasiktoto name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tasiktoto or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Tasiktoto.

Tasiktoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tasiktoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In all cases, Tasiktoto's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Tasiktoto support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding bonus requirements will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Tasiktoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect where:

• A breach of these Terms is discovered or reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected or reported;
• The Account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate Account closure;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in Tasiktoto's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for breach, Tasiktoto reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity.

Tasiktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Tasiktoto will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Tasiktoto support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Nothing in this clause shall limit Tasiktoto's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
